According to the type of reform that will be carried out or has been made in the custom motorcycle, it will be necessary a documentation or another:
Whether or not the custom motorcycle reform requires a Technical Project, or if not, at SpacioBiker we offer the service to perform the necessary procedures, obtaining the different documentation required, to obtain homologation.
The price includes Technical Project and Final Work Certificate (if applicable), Official Laboratory Compliance Report, and the preparation of the Workshop Certificate (in case of failure to sign and seal for a workshop). It also includes the physical inspection of the vehicle, by appointment, as long as the custom motorcycle moves to the SpacioBiker facilities.
The documentation is sent by electronic mail not being necessary to pay shipping costs and for this the form of sending will be Collect Shop. The documentation is not sent in paper format, since ITV requires it in digital format.
Any change in the documentation included in the price that is required in the ITV for legalization is included in the price.
The maximum period of delivery of documentation is 15 calendar days for those who do not have a project and 20 calendar days for those who do.
The term begins to count as soon as the client delivers all the requested documentation and it is compliant. In the event that the client is required to make any modifications for not complying with technical requirements, the time that the client takes to solve the problem is not included in the term.
Payment must be in advance.

PREGUNTA: Hola quisera saber precio de homologar forty eigth especial. - porta matrcula, subirlo (quitar el que tengo de plastico), y quede encima del guardabarro - Filtro de aire cono de screamin eagle. . Manilla de origen es TalBOy, cambiarlo por otro misma altura. - recolocacion de intermitentes, no sobre salen es ponerlo del manillar a la barra de suspension delantera . faro por uno led. . opcion de cambiar neumatico por uno mas grande que todas las refroma no llevan proyeto.

PREGUNTA: Hola buenas, tengo la esperanza que me podáis ayudar me acaban de echar de la ITV después de llevar 6 años pasándola con los mismos accesorios que puse en su día , en mi caso unos mandos avanzados de la casa ( Harley) un manillar que difiere del original solo en la forma( tipo ánfora) con mismo alto y largo, filtro de aire Joker Machine y unas colas Rush. Como he dicho nunca me habían puesto ninguna pega hasta ayer, me gustaría saber si se puede homologar todo pero no sé si es con proyecto o sin el, vivo en Madrid y no puedo desplazarme. Tiene mi caso solución? Me quiero quitar este quebradero de cabeza de en medio. Gracias y un saludo

PREGUNTA. Muy buenas: me gustaria saber si a una moto nueva de 125cc con COC (certificate of conformity) y con Certificado de fin de serie (expedido por la fábrica) se puede homologar de alguna forma. De momento me han dicho que no por que pertenece a una normativa anterior. Muchas gracias!

Le informamos que hemos consultado con nuestro departamento de homologaciones y nos comenta que si es posible que el fabricante certificar cumplimiento de AR a fecha actual o hacer una homologación individual (éste último caso es caro). RESPUESTA: Estimado cliente, le informamos que la matrícula colocada en un lateral no es una modificación que se pueda homologar ya que la normativa vigente lo prohibe por lo que le recomendamos que coloque la matrícula en su lugar de origen o en su defecto en la parte trasera central de su moto. PREGUNTA: Hola, también incluis el certificado de taller ? En mi caso es un cuelgamonos ya instalado, y necesitaría certificado de montaje de taller y una homologación sin proyecto.
RESPUESTA: Estimado cliente, le informamos que el certificado de taller no está incluido, ya que no disponemos de taller y es ese establecimiento el que debe entregarselo si lo montó allí o solicitar uno pidiendo que le revisen que la instalación está hecha de forma correcta.
